Job summary

The position requires 8+ years in classified security, TS/SCI eligibility, and DoD 8140 IAM Level 2 certification (CISSP/CISM/Security+).

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in classified systems security; BA/BS degree required, more years if no BA/BS.
• Deep knowledge of Industrial Security and regulations (NISPOM, DAAG, ICDs, JSIG, NIST 800 series) and RMF processes.
• Established relationships with industrial and government security counterparts and internal customers.
• DoD 8140 IAM level 2 certification (CISM, CISSP or Security+).
• Proficient in MS Office applications and cybersecurity tooling; strong written, verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary for RAND's Washington office TS/SCI networks and SAP/SAR activities.
• Organizes and monitors project timelines to ensure milestones are met.
• Maintains continuous communication with Security management to align priorities.
• Provides guidance to foster professional growth and develop team members.
• Facilitates clear communication with stakeholders and partners with intelligence agencies regarding inspections and reviews.
