Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; BS/BA degree preferred.
• Expert knowledge of NISPOM, ICD, FIPS, and related DoD security regulations.
• 10+ years of relevant security leadership experience with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security across RAND locations with 24/7 program oversight.
• Advise leadership on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Manage access control, alarm systems, visitor management, and contract guard services.
• Prepare security metrics and reports for senior leadership.
• Support business continuity and incident response planning.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance management of security personnel.
