RAND Corporation in Washington, D.C. seeks a Classified Systems Administrator, IV to lead secure Linux/Windows infrastructure, ensure compliance, and support TS/SCI environments.

You will manage medium- to large-scale IT projects, mentor peers, and coordinate with cybersecurity and IT teams on audits, accreditation, and data handling in classified networks. Role requires strong knowledge of security controls, configuration management, and incident response within classified environments;

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years’ Linux/Windows administration in secure environments.
• Experience with DoD/IC security standards and STIGs.
• Ability to lead medium- to large-scale IT projects with cross-functional teams.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.

Mansioni

• Operate independently with minimal supervision and drive initiatives to completion.
• Lead medium- to large-scale projects for classified systems and provide technical leadership.
• Maintain, configure, and support classified servers, OS, apps, and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and security compliance teams on accreditation and audits.
