Job summary

T-Rex Solutions, LLC is seeking a fully cleared Help Desk Specialist to support a program in the Fort Meade, Maryland area within the Intelligence Community. The role involves rotating 10-hour shifts, tier 1 and 2 support, and strong incident documentation.

The candidate must have security clearance and required DoD certifications, with experience in government intranet services and incident response. This position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Help Desk experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years with an Associate degree.
• At least 5 years with a High School diploma.
• Any degree from an accredited college or university.
• IAT Level I certification required (A+, CCNA-Security, NET+, SSCP, Security+).

Responsibilities

• Rotating shift position: 7 days a week, 365 days a year, typically 4 days on and 3 off with 10-hour days.
• Provide tier 1 and 2 help desk support via phone, email, chat, and tickets.
• Document communications in ServiceNow and escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot user access to the collaboration environment and provide how-to guidance to internal and external customers.
