MANTECH seeks a motivated Knowledge Management IT Support Specialist to join our team in Doral, FL. The role covers Tier 1/2 IT support, knowledge base creation, and collaboration with Systems Engineers and Cyber Security Teams to document procedures.

Responsibilities include imaging, deployment, provisioning and patch management, plus translating complex workflows into clear KB articles. DoD environment experience is preferred, with a TS/SCI clearance eligibility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with IT support experience.
• Certifications: DoD 8570/8140 Level II and AZ/MD alignment within 3 months.
• Experience with ITSM tools and enterprise support environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 IT support for hardware, software, network, and devices across DoD networks.
• Log, track, and resolve service requests using ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Image, deploy, provision accounts, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate to Tier 3 with detailed notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, user guides, and FAQs.
• Review and retire outdated docs; analyze ticket trends for improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, communications, or related field

Associate’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience

High School Diploma with 7+ years of relevant experience

DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+)

MD 102 or AZ 104 certification within 3 months of starting
