Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years in IT service desk or desktop support
• OR an associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• OR a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field with 1+ year of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Proficiency in Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices
• IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
• AZ-104 or MD-102 within 3 months of start date

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced onsite and remote technical support, specializing in complex troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure equipment
• Perform onsite maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting with minimal disruption
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and assist with knowledgebase and training materials
• Escalate complex issues to senior Technicians and contribute to process improvements
