AWS is seeking fully cleared Data Center Technicians to join our Infrastructure Operations team. You will troubleshoot a range of data center infrastructure issues, including hardware, fiber, and networking, applying IT principles like the OSI model to resolve problems and maintain one of the world’s largest information systems infrastructures.

This role requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, with work shifts that may include days/nights/weekends to support 24/7

Qualifications

• Experience with data center hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track capacity, rack deployment, cabling, and decommissioning.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in data center environments.
• Work in shifts to support 24/7 operations (including nights and weekends).
• Lift and move materials up to 49 pounds; work in cramped or elevated locations.
