Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer to support the Advanced Tactical Missions BU from Linthicum, MD or nearby locations. You will ensure baked-in cybersecurity requirements across designs, guide security implementations, and help decompose customer requirements into verifiable controls.

Ideal candidates hold an active TS/SCI clearance, RMF experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of application.
• Experience developing RMF assessment/authorization documentation.
• Knowledge of RMF process, DOORS, CAMEO, and security tooling.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Support architecture and design of baked-in cybersecurity requirements.
• Provide engineering guidance for cybersecurity implementations.
• Review stakeholder security objectives and verification methods.
• Inform systems engineering with security considerations to reduce risks.
• Document and maintain cybersecurity program artifacts and RMF traces.
• Apply CSSE responsibilities to Cross Domain Solutions as needed.
