Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer to design and secure satellite and ground systems, implementing RMF controls and contributing to system security across multiple segments. The role requires collaboration with IPTs, documentation of security artifacts, and on-site work with potential TS/SCI clearance considerations.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cyber engineering or a relevant MS with 8+ years, strong knowledge of DISA STIG, HBSS/ESS, ACAS/Nessus, and secure coding
Competenze
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI at time of application.
- BS in Engineering (EE or Software Eng) with 5+ years of experience or MS with 8+ years.
- Experience implementing RMF from system categorization through continuous monitoring.
- Proven ability to document assessments and security controls in SSP/POA&Ms.
- Strong collaboration across IPTs and customer-facing communication.
Mansioni
- Architect, implement, and satisfy RMF CyberSecurity, CyberResilience, and CyberSurvivability requirements of satellite systems, links, and C2 systems.
- Perform System Security Engineering requirements management and decompose controls across segments and components.
- Prepare and execute assessment procedures, SSPs, RARs, SCTMs, and POA&Ms for compliance.
- Securely deploy MUS in computing clouds or highly virtualized environments and perform CTF test cases.
