Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Cyber Ranges Support professional to help advance OTTI and modeling and simulation programs for the Air Force at the Pentagon. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a master’s and 10+ years of relevant experience.

You will embed with AF/A35E, coordinate with Five Eyes partners, shape range policy, and drive initiatives across MAJCOMs while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance (required).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Cyber Range elements.
• Ability to develop and communicate strategies to support AF-wide initiatives.
• Experience with HAF/MAJCOM coordination, policy development, and strategic communications at senior levels.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Master’s degree and Cyber Command experience or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embed with AF/A35E and serve as liaison with the Air Force Interoperability Council and Five Eyes partners.
• Provide Cyber Range expertise to support AF initiatives and OTTI integration.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Cyber Range topics to support AF/A35E tasks.
• Support Air Force Cyber Range policy and guidance development.
• Support initiatives linked to AF/A35E Cyber Range objectives.
