Job summary

Serco is seeking a Cyber Ranges Support professional to join our team at the Pentagon, contributing to OTTI and Air Force Modeling & Simulation efforts. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and extensive experience with Cyber Range elements.

You will collaborate with AF/A35E, Five Eyes partners, and senior DoD leadership to develop policies, coordinate across MAJCOMs, and advance Air Force readiness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years of relevant experience in defence/military domains.
• Experience with Cyber Range elements.
• Ability to develop and communicate strategies for AF-wide initiatives.
• Experience with HAF/MAJCOM coordination, policy development, and strategic communications at a senior level.
• Demonstrated ability to develop networks and collaborate across boundaries with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of OTTI/Modeling & Simulation communities to support readiness training.
• Working knowledge of DoD Requirements Process (JCIDS)/Acquisition/PPBE and RMF compliance.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Embed with AF/A35E and serve as the key conduit with the Air Force Interoperability Council and Five Eyes partners.
• Provide Cyber Range expertise, insight, and strategic policy insight to support US Air Force initiatives, operations, and taskings - specifically with a focus on Cyber Range integration with OTTI elements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Cyber Range topics to support AF/A35E activities and taskings.
• Support Air Force Cyber Range policy and guidance development.
• Support initiatives linked to AF/A35E Cyber Range objectives.
