Job summary

Serco is seeking a Cyber Ranges Support professional to join the Pentagon mission. You will embed with AF/A35E, coordinate with Five Eyes, and serve as the cyber-range conduit, providing expertise to support Air Force OTTI initiatives and related modeling and simulation capabilities.

The role requires a DoD TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated ability to develop strategies, coordinate across MAJCOMs, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Cyber Range elements and OTTI integration.
• Ability to develop and communicate strategies for AF-wide initiatives.
• Familiarity with JCIDS/Acquisition/PPBE and RMF requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Embed with AF/A35E; act as conduit with Air Force Interoperability Council and Five Eyes partners.
• Provide Cyber Range expertise to support AF initiatives and OTTI integration.
• Offer subject matter expertise on Cyber Range topics for AF/A35E activities.
• Support Air Force Cyber Range policy and guidance development.
• Assist initiatives aligned with AF/A35E Cyber Range objectives.
