Job summary

Serco Inc. in the United States seeks a Cyber Ranges Support lead to embed with AF/A35E, delivering range expertise and policy input to support OTTI and modeling activities. A DoD TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required, with 10 years of relevant experience and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Travel up to 10% and engagement with senior Air Force stakeholders are expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in cyber range or modeling & simulation.
• Ability to develop and communicate strategies across AF-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Embed with AF/A35E and serve as the key conduit with Air Force Interoperability Council and Five Eyes partners.
• Provide Cyber Range expertise and policy insight to support AF initiatives and OTTI integration.
• Support policy development and guidance for Cyber Range programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to advance OTTI and Modeling & Simulation objectives.
