Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Cyber Ranges Support professional to embed with AF/A35E at the Pentagon, focusing on Cyber Range integration with OTTI elements. You will provide range expertise and strategic policy insight to support Air Force initiatives and readiness.

The role requires a DoD TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, 10 years of relevant experience, and the ability to travel up to 10%. Masters and Cyber Command experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in cyber/range contexts.
• Experience with Cyber Range elements and policy development.
• Ability to communicate strategies to AF-wide initiatives and collaborate across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed with AF/A35E and serve as the key conduit with Air Force Interoperability Council.
• Provide Cyber Range expertise to support Air Force initiatives and OTTI integration.
• Offer subject matter expertise on Cyber Range topics for AF/A35E tasks.
• Support Air Force Cyber Range policy and guidance development.
• Advance initiatives linked to AF/A35E Cyber Range objectives.
