Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) invites qualified candidates for a Cyber Ranges Support role at the Pentagon. This position supports OTTI, Modeling and Simulation capabilities, and maintains mission readiness through a DoD TS/SCI cleared professional.

You will embed with AF/A35E, collaborate with the Air Force Interoperability Council and Five Eyes partners, and drive policy and strategy for range integration. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, 10 years of relevant experience, and

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Cyber Range elements.
• Strategic policy development and coordination of AF-wide initiatives.
• Experience with HAF/MAJCOM coordination processes, policy development and senior-level communications.
• Ability to develop networks and collaborate across boundaries with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of OTTI and Modeling & Simulation Communities for readiness training.
• Knowledge of DoD Requirements Process (JCIDS)/Acquisition/PPBE and RMF compliance.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Embed with AF/A35E as the key conduit with the Air Force Interoperability Council and Five Eyes partners.
• Provide Cyber Range expertise and strategic policy insight to AF initiatives and OTTI integration.
• Provide SME on Cyber Range topics to support AF/A35E activities and taskings.
• Support Air Force Cyber Range policy and guidance development.
• Support initiatives linked to AF/A35E Cyber Range objectives.
