Job summary

Serco Inc. in the United States seeks a Cyber Ranges Support professional to contribute to OTTI and Modeling and Simulation initiatives, embedding with AF/A35E and coordinating with the Five Eyes partners.

The role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, 10 years of relevant experience, and travel up to 10% to support Air Force activities and policy development. Experience with policy development, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic communications at senior levels

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Cyber Range elements.
• Ability to develop and communicate strategies to accomplish AF-wide initiatives.
• Experience with HAF/MAJCOM coordination, policy development, and strategic communications at a senior level.
• Ability to build networks and collaborate across boundaries with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of OTTI and Modeling & Simulation communities to support readiness training activities.
• Knowledge of DoD Requirements Process (JCIDS)/Acquisition/PPBE and RMF compliance.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Embed with AF/A35E and serve as conduit with the Air Force Interoperability Council and Five Eyes partners.
• Provide Cyber Range expertise, insight, and strategic policy input to support USAF initiatives, operations, and taskings.
• Provide SME on Cyber Range topics to support AF/A35E activities and taskings.
• Support AF/A35E Cyber Range policy and guidance development.
• Support initiatives linked to AF/A35E Cyber Range objectives.
