Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in electronic warfare and systems engineering to support classified DoD programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires a TS/SCI-capable clearance and extensive DoD experience across system integration and airworthiness disciplines.

You will translate user requirements into contract specifications, manage hardware/software development, and provide technical leadership across program phases, including testing and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and access to SAP.
• Masters Degree in Engineering with 20+ years of DoD/government/contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in electronic warfare and systems engineering for classified programs.
• Translate operational requirements into contract system requirements documents.
• Oversee hardware/software development, configuration management, and quality assurance.
