Job summary

Serco is seeking a SME Systems Engineer focused on aircraft sub-system integration, airworthiness, and electronic warfare to support the AFLCMC/WAG programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This role requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and a strong engineering background.

You will translate user requirements, manage system configurations, and interface with contractors and government reps to advance weapon system development and fielding while contributing to risk mitigation and test

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Master's Degree in an Engineering discipline with extensive DoD-related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in electronic warfare and systems engineering for classified DoD programs.
• Translate operational user requirements into contract system requirements documents.
• Apply systems engineering for modification, hardware/software development, configuration management, data rights, and QA.
• Develop technical briefings, strategies, analyses, and program documents.
