Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on systems engineering, program protection, and anti-tamper methods with an active Top-Secret (SCI/SAP) clearance.

You will develop training modules, collaborate with government and industry partners, and provide technical oversight for RFPs and ongoing projects. Travel up to 10% CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access, with current background investigation within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years of DoD/DoD contractor engineering experience.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years of DoD/DoD contractor engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures for acquisition, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapons systems with experience in program protection planning and anti-tamper methods.
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors, and memory chips and determine methodologies for reverse engineering electronic systems.
• Develop engineering curriculum modules and support Education and Outreach efforts for ATEA FPO.
• Create and update training materials with Government and industry partners.
• Instruct sponsored educational courses in classified environments for the Anti-Tamper community using various instructional aids and briefings.
• Provide engineering support for technology and product acquisitions including long-term planning, RFP development, and technical oversight.
• Review and analyze proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess acquired capabilities against system design requirements and CPI protection needs.
• Identify technologies and evaluate system/subsystem design functions to protect CPI.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing.
• Conduct engineering performance, supportability, scheduling, and risk assessments and trade studies.
• Support Export ICT initiatives and enterprise policy modernization; author ad-hoc technical documentation for compliance and mission support
