Capstone Technology Partners in Hanover, MD seeks a Service Desk Engineer SE1 to support customers integrating with Enterprise and IC services. You will manage REST service integration issues, assist end users with access decisions, and handle tickets via JIRA, email, chat, and phone.

The role requires TS/SCI with MD poly clearance, 7+ years of systems engineering experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and a strong ability to analyze complex software.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers and resolving access issues.
• Knowledge of LDAP, PKI, SQL and REST service concepts.
• Familiarity with ticket systems (JIRA/Redmine) and documentation.
• Ability to analyze complex software and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support customers integrating with Enterprise/IC services and resolve REST-related issues.
• Assist end users with correct access provisioning decisions.
• Manage tickets via JIRA, email, chat, and phone; document solutions.
