Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician (EOT) to join our 24/7 facilities team in Dublin, OH. You will operate and maintain critical electrical and mechanical systems, including generators, switchgear, UPS, PDUs, HVAC, and building automation, on rotating 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in data center operations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical and mechanical data-center equipment (generators, switchgear, UPS, PDUs, AHUs).
• Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within internal SLAs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and site support for Data Center Operations technicians.
