Job summary

The role includes 24/7 shift coverage, potential 12-hour shifts, and rotating schedules across 3–5 day weeks. Candidates must hold a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and pursue TS/SCI with polygraph after start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data center mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment within SLAs.
• Perform basic maintenance: filter changes, HVAC PMs, rack power installs.
• Support DC Ops technicians.
• Root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Adhere to safety procedures during work.
• Write procedures.
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Record daily readings: temperatures, voltages, currents.
• Use CMMS for building workflows and inventory.
• Supervise maintenance contractors.
• Respond to off-hour emergencies.
• Comply with security procedures.
• Drive cost-efficient improvements.
• Handle small wires and components.
• Navigate uneven terrain.
• Work at heights.
• Lift up to 39 lbs.
• Bend/twist in awkward positions.
• Push/pull heavy objects.
• Work in noisy environments.
