Job summary

NewGen Technologies in Chantilly, VA seeks a Scrum Master to oversee software and infrastructure projects under the Sponsor’s PMF and Agile PM approaches. The role involves coordinating development teams through sprint planning, daily standups, and weekly reporting, while communicating status to customers and partners.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI FSP clearance, proven Agile leadership, and experience managing multiple concurrent projects with high visibility.

Qualifications

Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading an Agile development team.
Demonstrated on-the-job experience working with senior level customers for status updates and prioritization.
Demonstrated experience running daily team scrum meetings.
Experience using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
Experience putting together sprint plans.
Experience putting together weekly reports.
Experience determining work scope and effort to size tasks.

Responsibilities

Serve as a secondary POC to the Sponsor regarding oversight of all software and infrastructure project efforts for the SOW.
Manage demand of work for development teams with the TDM.
Report to stakeholders on team status and communicate with mission partners.
