Job summary

CACI is seeking a Technical Scrum Master with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to join our Sterling, VA team, supporting the PETITEPEPPER contract. The role is hybrid, with three days in the VA office and remaining time in our Maryland office, coordinating SAFe agile delivery and cross-team collaboration.

The candidate will lead design, implementation, QA, and deployment efforts, facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, and delivering contract deliverables while communicating status

Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification is required.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• 3 years’ experience managing IT projects with Agile Scrum or Kanban.
• 5 years’ experience in software development or IT architecture.
• University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAFe agile product teams and ceremonies.
• Provide strategic technical leadership aligned with client needs.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, release planning, and program events.
• Remove blockers and track progress across teams.
• Prepare briefings on product status for government leadership.
