Job summary

Guidehouse is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join our growing litigation and investigative support practice. You will support the Department of Justice and assist litigating teams through all phases of litigation, including discovery, research, and document handling.

Strong MS Office skills, knowledge of LexisNexis/Westlaw and PACER, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance are required. The salary range is $74,000.00–$124,000.00 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Paralegal certificate or JD/MLS/JM or related bachelor's in legal studies.
• Two or more years of paralegal experience.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of litigation for the teams, including discovery and briefs.
• Research legal authorities and summarize transcripts for attorney use.
• Review case materials for relevancy, privilege, and potential conflicts.
• Prepare draft legal documents and assist attorneys through trial preparation.
