Insight Global seeks a General Paralegal to provide litigation and legal support within a federal environment in Washington, DC. The role supports attorneys through research, drafting, case management, discovery, and trial prep.

Requirements include an active Top Secret clearance, a bachelor’s or paralegal certificate, and 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation or investigations. Onsite five days a week. Strong writing and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Onsite in Washington, DC five days per week.
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience supporting litigation, investigations, legal review, or case management.
• Experience with legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms.
• Strong legal writing, document drafting, and analytical skills.
• Experience reviewing, organizing, and maintaining legal case files and records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal, factual, and background research to support ongoing matters.
• Draft legal memoranda, correspondence, reports, and other case-related documents.
• Organize, review, index, and maintain case files and legal records.
• Assist attorneys with litigation support activities, including pleadings, motions, and trial preparation.
• Review documents for responsiveness, relevance, and privilege.
• Support discovery activities and document production efforts.
• Track case deadlines and maintain document management systems.
• Coordinate with attorneys, government personnel, and stakeholders regarding case matters and legal processes.
• Assist with preparation of exhibits, evidence files, and supporting documentation for hearings and trials.
