Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our fast-moving in-house government legal team, supporting eDiscovery, workflow management, and attorney assistance.

Candidates should hold a paralegal certificate or JD (ABA-accredited program preferred), have at least two years of litigation paralegal experience, and be proficient with Westlaw/ Lexis, Adobe Acrobat, and discovery databases.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or current ABA-approved law school student.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience in automated litigation support and eDiscovery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of legal documents and materials.
• Review incoming documents and case materials.
• Prepare subpoenas, warrants, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Obtain information from case files for legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with local court rules and style.
• Assist attorneys for trial preparation and exhibits.
• Manage electronic discovery databases and production.
• Bates-stamp and redact discovery materials.
• Maintain electronic case files and calendars using Outlook.
• Coordinate with victim/witness personnel per guidelines.
