Evolver Inc. is seeking a Legal Clerical Support professional to work on-site in Washington, DC. The role requires an active TS clearance and entails managing litigation case files, PACER checks, and document workflows within a government-facing environment.

Responsibilities include organizing case data, coordinating with FBI units, and producing reports while maintaining strict security procedures and accurate record-keeping. Strong MS Office and legal document skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SSBI is required.
• 3 years of legal/clerical experience in a law firm or court of justice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake of new cases and requests for work on existing cases, create case files and tracking records.
• Generate indexing and organize documentation electronically and in paper case files.
• Communicate case information to case teams or individuals assigned to work or coordinate on the cases.
• Transfer cases between FBI units and update the tracking database.
• Organize and process cases from other FBI units or external agencies and update records.
• Track progress on cases, PACER notifications, and report progress.
• Adhere to security procedures and manage permissions to case information.
• Draft correspondence and coordinate with FBI divisions and field offices.
• Coordinate technical/data processing support.
• Ensure cases are closed per SOP and filed in databases.
• Administer calendars and schedule meetings.
• Generate management reports from OGC-LITB tracking system and Excel pivots.
• Prepare documents for imaging/scanning and filing.
• Perform law library management and LAWS workflows.
