Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers through proactive service.
• Open and service consumer deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs).
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and services (loans, digital tools, credit solutions).
• Conduct financial conversations that support customers’ short- and long-term goals.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and related services.
• Ensure transactions comply with bank policies and regulations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support branch goals through referrals, cross-selling, and teamwork.
