Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of Personal Banking experience; Teller experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and ability to meet sales objectives.
• Team player with professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused banking service to individuals and communities.
• Provide operational support across teller, ITM, and safe deposit functions as needed.
• Meet Bank sales goals and drive new business within the Bank’s sales culture.
• Analyze customer requests to reveal financial goals and recommend suitable products.
• Open and close consumer accounts and handle account maintenance changes.
• Refer customers to mortgage, commercial, wealth management, and treasury services.
• Adhere to policies and CIP procedures to minimize risk.
• Balance cash drawer with accuracy and provide dual control for safe deposits.
• Respond to phone inquiries and emails from customers and internal teams.
