Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and retain relationships with customers by identifying needs and educating them about banking products.
• Plan and deliver tailored sales presentations to customers.
• Take loan applications, close loans, and refer mortgages to partners.
• Provide teller services and manage daily banking tasks such as opening/closing accounts.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking and support service inquiries.
• Maintain customer data and manage sales pipeline.
