Covenant Living Communities and Services in Knoxville, Tennessee is seeking a Housekeeper to perform cleaning and minor maintenance to support residents and staff. You will follow a set schedule, handle linens, move supplies, and assist with transfers as needed.

The role requires dependable, English-communication skills and the ability to work with older adults. This is a full-time on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Some high school education or equivalent.
• Housekeeping or general maintenance experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• Dependability and ability to organize daily cleaning tasks.
• Interest in working with older adults.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning in assigned areas following schedule and standards.
• Complete minor maintenance tasks such as light bulbs and batteries.
• Move furniture as needed and assist in resident transfers.
• Participate in linen program and bed making as needed.
• Observe and report repairs required and manage supplies.
