Job summary

Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Housekeeper in Knoxville, TN, to perform cleaning and light maintenance across campus in alignment with infection control standards.

You will help ensure facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and staff, while supporting linen services and room turnovers. The role requires basic education, English communication, reliability, and the ability to work with older adults.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbal and written.
• Dependable, with good judgment and time management.
• Organize daily cleaning schedule to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning in assigned areas following schedule and standards.
• Complete minor maintenance and respond to basic repair needs.
• Move and arrange furniture as needed and assist resident moves.
• Restock supplies and manage campus trash and recycling areas.
• Maintain floors, perform deep cleaning during transfers or discharges.
• Assist in linen program and bed making as required.
