As a frontline adviser, you’ll use CRM tools, analyze member needs, and build lasting relationships. Overtime and teamwork across centers are expected in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Two or more years in sales environment, preferably financial products and services.
• Two years financial institution experience preferred.
• Eligible to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sell products to meet members’ needs.
• Process loan applications submitted via Internet, phone, mail or fax with accurate information.
• Record member information and referrals in the CRM; input prospects and set follow-up appointments.
• Engage in face-to-face daily member interactions to build trust and relationships.
• Offer appropriate financial solutions and advice based on member needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of members’ financial affairs.
