Job summary

Allegacy Financial seeks a full-time member service professional to assist members with customer service, deposits and loan needs. You will process loan applications coming through Internet, phone, mail or fax, and maintain CRM records while selling AFCU products.

The role requires face-to-face daily member interactions, confidentiality, and overtime as needed. Mortgage licensing eligibility is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Two or more years in sales environment, preferably financial products and services.
• Two years financial institution experience preferred.
• Eligible to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sell AFCU products and services.
• Process loan applications submitted via Internet, phone, mail or fax with accurate information.
• Profile members and record information in CRM; input prospects and referrals.
• Handle member complaints and problems with the ability to defuse anger.
• Maintain confidentiality of members' financial information and ensure compliance.
