Job summary

Allegacy is seeking a member-facing Financial Center Associate to deliver excellent customer service, process transactions, and sell products to meet members' financial needs. You will handle deposits, loans, and online applications with accuracy, working face-to-face with members daily.

You will build trust, advise on financial solutions, and use CRM to profile members. Prior sales or cash handling experience is valued, and mortgage licensing eligibility may be required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Two or more years in sales environment, preferably financial products and services.
• Two years financial institution experience preferred.
• Eligible to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sell products and services to meet members’ needs.
• Process loan applications submitted via Internet, phone, mail or fax with accuracy.
• Profile members and record information in CRM and handle face-to-face interactions daily.
