Qualifications

• Eligible to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sell financial products to meet member needs.
• Process loan applications submitted via Internet, phone, mail or fax with accurate information.
• Input prospects and referrals into CRM; set follow-up appointments.
• Discuss and sell Allegacy Financial products in a sales-oriented environment.
• Handle member issues and defuse complaints with professionalism.
