Job summary

Allegacy is seeking a customer service professional to assist members with transactions, deposits and loan applications. You will provide expert advice, cross-sell financial products, and maintain CRM records during daily face-to-face interactions with members in our Winston-Salem center.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in sales, preferably in financial services. Mortgage originator licensing eligibility is preferred to support ongoing lending efforts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Two or more years in sales environment, preferably financial products and services.
• Eligible to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sell products and services to meet members' needs.
• Process monetary transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle loan applications submitted via Internet, phone, mail or fax with correct information.
• Face-to-face contact with members daily and input data into CRM.
• Offer advisory guidance on financial products and services and build trust with members.
