Job summary

Allegacy Federal Credit Union is seeking a member-focused professional to support customers with transactions and loan assistance, while identifying and selling suitable financial products. The role includes processing loan applications received by Internet, phone, mail or fax and maintaining CRM records.

Ideal candidates will have cash handling experience, 2+ years in sales within financial services, and at least 2 years in a financial institution. Mortgage originator eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Two or more years in a sales environment, preferably financial products and services.
• Two years financial institution experience preferred.
• Eligible to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and sell products and services to meet members' needs.
• Process loan applications submitted via Internet, phone, mail or fax with accurate information.
• Record member and prospect information in the CRM and input referrals/follow-ups.
• Collaborate with AFCU teams and other departments to resolve member questions and issues.
