Rogers Motors in Lewiston is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to bridge customers and the service team at our Dodge dealership. You will greet clients, listen to concerns, and prepare estimates and repair orders to ensure clear service communication throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has dealership or customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer experience. Evening/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Dealership or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and schedule appointments in a timely, friendly manner.
• Prepare estimates and repair orders; verify warranty coverage.
• Perform vehicle walk-around inspections and keep customers informed.
• Coordinate with technicians to aim for first-visit complete repairs.
• Maintain CSI and dealership standards for labor rates and documentation.
