Job summary

Rogers Motors in Lewiston, ID, is seeking automotive technicians/mechanics for full-time roles across Toyota, Subaru, and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram brands. You’ll perform repairs, maintenance, recalls, and warranty work with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

A candidate should have at least 3 years in automotive repair, valid driver’s license, and strong computer and tool skills; ASE certifications are a plus. Join a team with training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience in automotive repair.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must possess computer skills.
• Must possess personal tools necessary to perform repairs.
• ASE certifications or tech school degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Ability to operate all shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance including warranty, recalls, and scheduled maintenance.
• Driveability, electrical diagnosis and air conditioning repairs.
• Operate inspection software.
