Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work five days per week, including weekends.
• Prior Service Advisor experience is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance & proven ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and by phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; review service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services based on knowledge and communicate additional recommendations.
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories with clear explanations.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time for approved services and update customers throughout the day.
• Follow proper checkout procedures and explain warranties and inspections.
• Conduct post repair follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track new returns, core returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
