Job summary

TRICOR Insurance, Sparta office, is seeking a Personal Lines Inside Sales Risk Manager in Sparta, Wisconsin. This role focuses on building client relationships, identifying coverage needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions while driving new business through referrals and cross-selling.

You’ll collaborate with carriers, stay informed on products, and work toward ambitious sales goals in a community-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two or more years of related sales experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Insurance experience preferred
• Ag/Farm insurance knowledge is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and clients through consultative conversations
• Identify coverage needs and provide customized insurance solutions
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, cross-selling, and relationship-building activities
• Partner with clients to review risks, recommend appropriate coverage, and deliver exceptional service
• Maintain a strong understanding of insurance products, carriers, and value-added solutions
• Collaborate with team members to create positive client experiences and achieve sales goals
• Consistently uncover opportunities to strengthen client relationships and protect more of what matters most
