Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two or more years of related sales experience.
• Experience in insurance preferred.
• Insurance knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record of sales success and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and clients through consultative conversations
• Identify coverage needs and provide customized insurance solutions
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, cross-selling, and relationship-building activities
• Partner with clients to review risks, recommend coverage, and deliver exceptional service
• Maintain a strong understanding of insurance products, carriers, and value-added solutions
• Collaborate with team members to create positive client experiences and achieve sales goals
• Consistently uncover opportunities to strengthen client relationships and protect more of what matters most
