Job summary

Frost in Texas seeks a Trust Programmer Analyst I to join our technology team. You’ll assist in developing Trust Software design plans, troubleshoot user issues, and deliver digital solutions that improve user experience for banking applications.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, maintain privacy and policy compliance, and advance your programming skills from entry-level to the next level while contributing to Frost's long history serving Texas customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of programming experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve service requests submitted by users of Trust software and escalate complex issues to Trust Programmer Analyst II's.
• Maintain Trust programs by coding, testing, and debugging program updates and documenting program issues.
• Maintain a current knowledge of and adhere to privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary company policies and procedures.
• Maintain open communication and a positive working relationship with all Trust software stakeholders and other Trust Programmer Analysts.
• Always act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
