Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve service requests submitted by users of Trust software and escalate as needed.
• Maintain Trust programs by coding, testing, and debugging program updates and documenting issues.
• Maintain knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary policies and procedures.
• Maintain open communication with Trust software stakeholders and other Trust Programmer Analysts.

Who you are

As a Trust Programmer Analyst I, you are our user experience champion. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of Trust Software design plans. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve user issues by developing digital solutions. Our analysts believe knowledge is power and strive to maintain current knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary company policies and procedures. You welcome a challenge and want to provide next level experiences to every user.
