Job summary

Frost Bank is seeking a Trust Programmer Analyst II to implement changes and enhancements to Trust software design plans. You will troubleshoot user issues and develop digital solutions to improve experiences for Trust users, while staying current with privacy and policy requirements.

The role emphasizes problem solving, collaboration with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality software within Frost’s standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of programming experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: 2+ years of systems analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Review service requests for existing applications with stakeholders to align business needs with software performance.
• Provide guidance to team members and troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Maintain knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary company policies and procedures.
• Maintain open communication with Trust software stakeholders and other Trust Programmer Analysts.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve optimal outcomes.

As a Trust Programmer Analyst II, you are our user experience champion. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing changes and enhancements to Trust software design plans. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve user issues by developing digital solutions. Our analyst believe knowledge is power and strive to maintain current knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary company policies and procedures. You welcome a challenge and want to provide next level experiences to every user.

What you’ll do:

• Review service requests for existing applications, work with stakeholders to ensure that their goals are met, and recommend actions to align business needs with software performance
• Provide guidance to team members when necessary and troubleshoot escalated issues
• Maintain a current knowledge of and adhere to privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary company policies and procedures
• Maintain open communication and a positive working relationship with all Trust software stakeholders and other Trust Programmer Analysts
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of programming experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Additional PreferredSkills: 2+ years of systems analysis experience
