Job summary

ModSquad is seeking a Trust & Safety Specialist - Brand Representative to support a leading creative technology company’s child safety program from San Francisco Bay Area offices, with 2–3 days on-site. You will review CSAM content, submit CyberTip reports, assist law enforcement workflows, and help calibrate policies. This role requires resilience, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing CSAM in a Trust & Safety capacity.
• Familiarity with A1–B2 NCMEC classification system and federal reporting requirements.
• Experience submitting or supporting NCMEC CyberTip reports with proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and classify escalated visual content using NCMEC framework.
• Submit CyberTip reports to NCMEC with accurate documentation.
• Investigate repeat offenders by reviewing signals to assess recidivism risk.
