Job summary

ModSquad is seeking a Trust & Safety Specialist — Brand Representative to support a leading creative technology company's content moderation and abuse operations in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will review, classify, and respond to violative content, handle abuse reports, and participate in calibration and training initiatives with the client’s Trust & Safety team.

This is a hybrid role with in-office work at SF and/or San Jose offices.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with high volumes of content moderation or abuse review, end-to-end handling.
• Ability to review disturbing, violative, and illegal content quickly and objectively.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain documentation under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and act on sensitive, violative content per policy.
• Review abuse reports and manage moderation workflows across platforms.
• Escalate urgent requests with clear documentation to leadership.
• Conduct quality control reviews, calibration sessions, and training for the team.
• Develop and deliver training materials for onboarding and ongoing support.
• Identify trends in content and queues to inform process improvements.
