Job summary

Polymarket, a leading crypto prediction market, seeks a seasoned Program Manager to own Trust & Safety programs end-to-end. You will drive launch readiness for new products and jurisdictions, translate regulatory obligations into controls, and lead incident response with Legal, Compliance and Customer Experience.

You will formalize risk reviews, build user-protection requirements into every release, and manage vendor relationships from pilots to contracts while tracking quarterly metrics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program or technical program management, including 3+ in trust and safety, risk, integrity, or compliance at a regulated platform.
• You have run a launch risk-review process that product teams used, and can name launches it stopped or changed.
• You have led or run the program side of a live incident with user harm or regulatory exposure.
• You have prepared evidence for a regulator, auditor or exam, turning regulatory obligations into a control or procedure.
• You have built a program at a company that had none.
• You have taken a vendor or partner from pilot to contract.
• You pull and reconcile your own data (SQL or equivalent).
• You write short, dated decision documents with an owner on every line.
• You are comfortable as the only program person in the function; Plus CFTC, NFA or exchange experience; Plus Responsible gaming or crypto compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness for new products, markets and jurisdictions with go/no-go gates.
• Turn regulatory obligations into controls, procedures and evidence for regulator inquiries.
• Incorporate risk review and user protection requirements into each launch.
• Launch and monitor user protections such as self-exclusion and deposit limits.
• Run DeFi restriction programs from flag to enforcement.
• Lead the program side of incidents and build crisis playbooks with Compliance and Legal.
• Take partners/vendors from pilot to contract with clear success measures.
• Own the metrics cadence: quarterly goals and weekly Trust & Safety updates.
• Build and run Trust & Safety intake processes for partner teams.
